During the mixing process, some essential ingredients of feed pellets can also be added according to the formula. Homogeneous mixing of raw materials ensures that each part contains the same nutritional content, further improving the consistency of pellet quality at the final production point.
Different kinds of feed pellet raw materials mixing equipment
There are also three types of mixers suitable for different outputs, namely small vertical mixer, horizontal ribbon mixer, and double-shaft paddle mixer.
1. Vertical mixer
The inside of this vertical mixer is a continuously rotating stirring shaft, and the output is 15-50kg/batch, which is suitable for small unit feed pellet production lines.
